5 WEEKS DEEDED FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP DETAILS*

1. Do I actually own the real estate?

In a nutshell - YES.

Once the paperwork is complete, you will have a deeded ownership in the real estate for one-tenth of the entire property. Make no mistake, this is a real asset you can take to the bank.

2. What is the difference between a Private Residence Club and Fractional Ownership?

As a rule of thumb, Fractional Ownership gives you the right to use your share - and that is it. No perks, no extras, no special privileges.

On the other hand, a Private Residence Club not only guarantees you use of the property for five weeks, but also gives you flexible access to the home any other time it’s available. It’s that simple – if it’s available, you are free to come down and use it as often as you want. And, if your home is not available but another is… no problem. You are welcome to be our guest and can stay in that particular home.

3. How much extra do I have to pay to be an Owner's Level member at Tucker’s Point Club?

Your club membership fees are included in your quarterly maintenance charges for the property- no hidden charges, no fine print – just peace of mind.

4. Am I stuck with fixed weeks during the year?

Not at all – after all, everyone has different schedules and vacations should be tailored around these.

We are happy to work around your preferred travel time to ensure you are happy. If you want to visit during busy periods, just let us know well in advance – we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you and your group.
